These are genuine RAM from reputable brands like Samsung, Hynix, Kingston, and Micron. Dell uses RAM from these vendors and upgrading the RAM will not invalidate the warranty.
What included

Technical details:
✅ DDR5 SODIMM 262 PIN
✅ 5600 MT/s speed, depending on which processor you have you may have lower speed of 4800MT/s or 5200MT/s. This is limited by the CPU vendor not the RAM.
Matching RAM programme:
DDR5 RAM operates at very high speeds, and mixing different modules can sometimes lead to instability. If you’d like, send us a photo of your current RAM — we’ll try to find an exact match from our wide range. If an identical stick isn’t available, we’ll supply one with the same rank (single or dual). While we’ll do our best to match it, this cannot be guaranteed.

Turn off your laptop completely before installing the RAM. Avoid touching exposed circuitry. Ideally, disconnect the battery; however, if you are certain the laptop is fully powered off and you handle it carefully, it should be safe.
✅ First Boot After Upgrade:
After installation, your laptop may take slightly longer to start up — this is normal.
