ABOUT THE PRODUCT:
These SSDs are taken from new PCs that have been upgraded, so they are virtually as good as new. During the testing process, and when Windows images were installed, some data was written. As a result, the SSDs have between 50GB to 150GB of data written, which is still considered minimal wear and nearly like-new.

SSD SPECIFICATIONS:
These are NVMe Gen 4 SSDs that fit in an M.2 PCIe slot and are backward compatible with older Gen 3 slots. The size listed on the SSD label is 256GB, but as with any memory chip, the actual usable space will be slightly less due to system formatting.

Important: All M.2 drives look similar in appearance. Please ensure you are purchasing the correct one, as returns are not guaranteed for incorrect purchases. Incorrect installation in the wrong M.2 slot may also result in damage to the SSD.


QUALITY CONTROL
We test all SSDs using SSD Sentinel and Crystal Disk Info. Since these SSDs are taken from new systems, they will be in 100% health, with lifetime read/write under 150GB and cycle counts under 50. There may be slight usage due to memory testing and OS installation during the process.

Our goal is to send you a blank and wiped SSD. However, on rare occasions, there may still be an OS installed. If that happens, simply format the drive.

If your SSD isn't showing up, you may need to format and initialize the drive. In some cases, you may also need to assign a drive letter. Please note, this is not a fault with the SSD—these are just some configuration steps you'll need to complete to get the SSD working properly.

We put our SSD in antistatic bags for protection against static electricity and humidity.  Please be cautious when handling SSDs, as static electricity can damage them. To prevent this, we recommend using an antistatic bracelet. If one is not available, make sure to repeatedly touch your PC's metal exposed parts to discharge any static. Also, avoid dropping the SSD onto fabric materials, including carpet, as it can cause damage.

PERFORMANCE GARUNTEE
To achieve the full speed of the SSD, your system must be capable of supporting it. While many users report performance gains close to the advertised speeds, some have experienced lower speeds depending on their system's capabilities and thermal design. Additionally, Gen 4 SSDs often require a heatsink to run at their maximum capacity for sustained performance.

If you're not satisfied with the performance, you're welcome to return the product. However, we kindly ask that you do not leave negative feedback if your system is unable to fully utilize the SSD's maximum speed.


WARRANTY:
We test all our SSDs under camera to ensure transparency and prevent false claims or fraud. This also guarantees that you receive a fully working SSD. Unless otherwise specified, SSDs do not come with a warranty. However, for your peace of mind, you have 14 days from receipt to test all features and report any faults.


POSTAGE 
We are obliged to dispatch items within 2 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays), though in practice, we usually ship sooner. If you’re in a hurry, please check the estimated delivery time.

Please be aware that Royal Mail Second Class is delivered every other day, which may extend delivery time to up to 5 working days in some cases.
