Are all your products refurbished and reliable?

Most of our products are refurbished but some are new and unused. Regadless of the condition, we test our products before sending in generic secure packaging.

We only sell reputable branded products. Some products already have manufacturers warranty assigned to specific machines. We always mention if that's the case. Those do not have manufacturers warranty, we provide 3-6 moths (check individual listing) return to base warranty.

Why are some of items are cheaper than other retailers?

A combination of cheaper supply source, low overhead due to being online based seller and low profit margins allows us to be far cheaper than other retailers.

What delivery service you offer?

All of our deliveries are sent insured. We aim to deliver within 2-5 working days. We also can do same day drop off depending on location and quantity you are buying. Just submit a query and we will get in touch. Fastest way to contact is via WhatsApp.
